Campaign Proposal
TV Momentum Campaign

Turning one national television moment into real estate business.

A focused six-week media and marketing campaign built around your appearance on Family Feud's 50th anniversary season.

The Opportunity

National television is about to put your name in front of people who have never heard of you.

For a short window surrounding your episode, more people will see your name and your face than at almost any other point in your career. Most of that attention will pass quietly — watched, enjoyed, and forgotten by Monday.

That's the opportunity. Not fame. Not followers for their own sake. The chance to take a moment that was never designed to sell real estate, and point it — deliberately and professionally — toward the business you've already spent 20 years building.

What We Heard From You

You were clear about what this is — and what it isn't.

"

Twenty-plus years and millions of dollars in real estate — this appearance should work for that, not distract from it.

"

I'm comfortable on camera, but I don't want to become a content creator or take on another job managing social media.

"

I already have about 1,500 leads sitting in my CRM and a Facebook ad account generating 20–25 leads a week. The bigger opportunity is what happens after someone becomes a lead — familiarity, nurturing, and follow-up.

"

I want a real plan for before the episode airs and after — not just a few posts around October 29.

Primary Business Objective

This is a lead-conversion campaign that happens to use a television appearance as its hook.

Use the temporary national attention around your Family Feud appearance to increase familiarity, establish your real estate authority, reactivate your existing CRM, attract new prospects, and generate additional real estate conversations — without requiring you to become a full-time content creator.

Everything in this proposal is built to serve that objective directly. If a deliverable doesn't move you toward it, it isn't in here.

Campaign Strategy

Attention, connection, authority, opportunity.

Family Feud earns the attention. Your personality, on camera, turns strangers into people who feel like they know you. Twenty years of production, closings, and client relationships establish that you're not just likeable — you're credible. And the campaign's job is to carry that combination directly into real estate conversations, for both new viewers and the people already in your CRM.

Campaign Structure

Three phases, one continuous story.

Phase 1

Build Anticipation

Before the episode airs, we introduce the story of how you got here, your personality, and your real estate background — giving people a reason to watch and a reason to follow.

Phase 2

Capitalize on the Moment

Around the air date, we use the natural spike in attention to move viewers from watching you on TV to finding you online and understanding what you do.

Phase 3

Convert Attention Into Opportunity

After the episode airs, reaction content, permitted behind-the-scenes stories, and podcast conversations transition naturally into real estate authority content and direct calls to action for buying, selling, or relocating to Georgia.

Investment Options

Three ways to run this campaign.

Choose the level of involvement that fits how hands-on you want to be. Every option includes the same core media production; the difference is how much of the system behind it we build and run for you.
